Leung Yue Hot Pot Project
The Leung Yue Hot Pot Project idea emerged from a message we received from social media: a newly graduated student of Waterloo University moved to Toronto alone, and she misses this local hotpot restaurant containing four years of memories of school life and friendship. We want to flesh a popup long-distance delivery for all these customers to reconnect with the local taste and old-day happiness.
This project received colossal attention and high demand, so we arranged with the driver team and settled on it to be a permanent weekly delivery option for everyone.
Delivery Driver Project
This marketing project is my first leading marketing project that targets Steer's delivery drivers and aims to reunite the driver community, promote the top-rated performance drivers, and attract new drivers to join us. All the participants are real drivers from the district.
From ideations and multi-department collaboration to script writing and filming to the final presentation for leads and teams, my team and I struggled greatly but gained much more. I sincerely appreciate the people who helped us, especially my leader, Gang.
The poster series is a collaboration between the drivers and the design team. We interviewed each participant quickly and asked them to write tags about who they were and wanted to be, which transformed into the background elements. These posters are only promo within the community.
